At Ruby Rose Curation, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. Please note that processing time for orders can vary and may take up to 20 business days. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping
We use a third-party shipping provider for all domestic orders. Shipping rates are determined through a bidding process with multiple courier, allowing us to offer the most competitive rates to our customers. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days but may vary depending on the courier selected.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Timeframe
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, but please note that shipping times are estimated and may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Address
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
