Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for a period of five days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at michelle@rubyrosecuration.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior request.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately for evaluation.
Please note that certain items such as edibles, custom products, and personal care goods are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time by your bank or credit card company.
